What a better way to enjoy the warm weather than a trip to the beach? My assistant and I had the pleasure of taking a trip down to the coast of Long Island to work with a beautiful couple. Chelsea and Jimmy loved the idea of a golden hour session on the seashore. By the time the sun was setting in the sky, we had a gorgeous stretch of the beach all to ourselves. It worked out perfectly and allowed us and the couple to let loose and have some fun.
This beautiful couple had no doubts in grabbing some awesome shots for the camera. I loved their energy!
As a Photographer it is so important to my brand that my couples feel comfortable and confident. There is no greater satisfaction than when my clients feel amazing and aren’t afraid to let those raw intimate emotions out with each other. After any photo session, it is important for my team and I to get feedback from the clients as to how they felt working with Joey Place Photography. Jimmy’s recap of the session really meant a lot to me. He said the best part for him was how quickly my assistant and I helped him get into the rhythm and have fun. When it comes to an engagement session, the men are often times more nervous than their fiancé is, so providing him with a great boost of initial encouragement allowed him to have amazing momentum the whole way through.
Chelsea had a smile on her face from the second she stepped on the beach and was ready to go immediately. Her and Jimmy were open to all the posing ideas we threw at them and had a blast doing every single one of them! Lots of laughs, smiles, and piggy back rides occurred during this session. But not to worry, no couples were harmed in the making of this photo shoot!
It’s undeniable that their connection is one of a kind. Chelsea & Jimmy were meant to be.
